Behavioral Health

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

The Behavioral Health Program provides a variety of services to persons experiencing behavioral health issues including individual therapy, group therapy, behavioral health assessments and crisis interventions both by walk-in or by appointment. The program seamlessly integrates with and supports the AHCH medical, psychiatric, dental, social services, case management and harm reduction programs. Services are provided by licensed behavioral health professionals both onsite and on outreach.

Our team also helps train our community partners in key skills such as Mental Health 101, De-escalation, and Trauma-Informed Care.

Yes. We offer a variety of groups that promote connection, healing, and recovery.

One of our signature offerings is RRAD (Radical Recovery, Acceptance, and Discovery), a supportive group for individuals in recovery from opioid use disorder. Led by a prescribing psychiatric provider in collaboration with a behavioral health therapist, RRAD combines peer support, practical coping strategies, and recovery-focused discussions in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Participants receiving medication for opioid use disorder can also receive Suboxone prescription refills during the group, making it easier to stay engaged in treatment while building community and resilience.

Check out our community calendar to see when the next RRAD group is scheduled.
