An Information Technology Manager responsible for day to day management of the IT environment, including the coordination and oversight of projects relating to system development and/or equipment. Responsible for leading IT projects efficiently and effectively and supporting users with IT infrastructure and systems. Will manage all aspects of the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the organization, including software applications, network, phone systems and end-user computers. Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other programs within the organization as well as multiple outside IT providers. Provide help desk and technical assistance to on-site and remote employees. Design, develop, implement and coordinate policies and procedures for all areas of information technology to assure data accuracy and integrity, security, legal and regulatory compliance. Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, backup systems and supervise agreed audits to verify the security of internal and external systems. Manage IT annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Oversee all phases of projects from conception to completion. Serve as technical lead or project manager for system implementation projects. Bring consistency to project execution and life cycle management of systems. Develop and provide staff training as needed, including new employee orientation. Maintain HIPAA compliance and security. Must be in compliance with AHCH’s policies and procedures. REQ: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or similar field, 4 years’ experience in IT systems with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience to include project management/leadership. Knowledge of compliance requirements to include HIPAA Security.
