Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a full-time HR Generalist for our expanding Human Resources Department. Role will undertake a wide range of HR tasks including employee relations/support, conducting exit interviews, administering employee benefits, maintaining employee files, assisting in recruitment process, policy compliance/review of internal policy, licensing/credentialing/privileging, assisting HR Director with trainings, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. Position requires proficiency in technology (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS systems)
Minimum qualifications: BA in Human Resources or related field. Three years working experience with general HR practice and employment law.
Preferred qualifications: Experience working in non-profit or medical setting and data analysis; SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred.
Salary: $43k-$50k depending on experience and certification
