Or Clinical Nurse Specialist to work in our primary care medical clinic providing psychiatric care for homeless individuals. REQ: Current NM applicable licensure or eligible with prescription privileges, strong knowledge base regarding effective utilization of psychotropic medications, experience with underserved and/or homeless populations and bilingual preferred.


To work as fill in for vacations, sick time and special projects. REQ: General knowledge of janitorial supplies, equipment and minor maintenance. Must be dependable and have at least 1 year janitorial/maintenance experience as well as a valid NM driver's license and good driving record. THIS POSITION IS FOR OCCASIONAL WORK AND NOT ROUTINE EMPLOYMENT.


To deliver education, outreach and in person assistance to link persons experiencing homelessness to appropriate health coverage. Must be willing to be certified both as a Health Care Guide and Determiner for PE-MOSA. REQ: High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years experience in benefit enrollment or social services; valid NM Driver's License and good driving record. Must have good communication and customer service skills. Must be proficient with computer. Position will require working outside office setting and some non-traditional hours. Bilingual preferred.


To provide patient education, process referrals both internal and external and ensure follow-up. Works with outside community based programs as needed. Will document activities into EMR as required. REQ: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years experience working in an integrated social services/primary care environment providing patient education and referrals. Certified as a Community Health Worker or must start certification within the first year of employment. Must be proficient in computers and data entry, and have a valid NM driver's license with clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).


To provide billing and payment posting support to medical, dental, and behavioral health providers. Reconcile encounters, post insurance payments, ensure correct billing, payment processing, edit/audit problems, and run discrepancy reports. REQ: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience in medical billing and payment posting with working knowledge of EMR, Medicaid and Medicare.


For our integrated primary care/behavioral health/dental clinic. Duties include welcoming, assisting, registering clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, and intake processing. REQ: High school diploma, 1 year experience in a primary care/behavioral health/social services setting, experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use, data entry, experience with EHR, and excellent customer service and team player. Experience with underserved populations, and bilingual preferred.


To provide direct services in our busy primary care/behavioral health clinic and on outreach 24 hours a week. Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness. Order, perform or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work. Prescribing of medications. REQ: MSN, current, valid Nurse Practitioner license with prescription privileges and experience working with underserved and/or homeless populations. This position is eligible for benefits and the NHSC loan repayment program.
