If someone you know or love is struggling with homelessness, housing instability, or complex health needs, Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is here to help.
Many people assume our services are only for individuals living on the streets, but we serve a much broader community. We provide care for people experiencing homelessness, as well as those living in supportive or transitional housing, staying temporarily with friends or family, facing housing instability, or transitioning from hospitals, treatment programs, correctional facilities, and other institutions into housing.
Our integrated care model brings medical, dental, behavioral health, substance use treatment, case management, housing support, and other essential services together in one place. We believe everyone deserves compassionate, high-quality care, regardless of where they are in their housing journey.

Walk-in Hours
Walk-ins end an hour before closing, and the Resource Center opens half an hour earlier at 7:30 every morning.
