Reaching Out
At Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless, we believe health care should never depend on whether someone can walk through our doors. Through integrated outreach and harm reduction services, AHCH teams go directly into the community to meet people where they are — in encampments, parks, shelters, underpasses, and on the streets — delivering compassionate care wherever it is needed most.
