Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless provides integrated, whole-person care grounded in the belief that health is shaped by far more than clinical treatment alone. Guided by principles grounded in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and Housing First, AHCH delivers compassionate, person-centered services designed around each individual’s unique goals and needs. Alongside medical care, AHCH integrates behavioral health services, substance use treatment, dental services, public benefits support, case management, and basic needs assistance to address the complex social and structural factors that impact health, healing, and long-term stability.
