Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless (AHCH) announces the annual election of five new officers for the AHCH Board of Directors: Walt Bolic, John D. Johnson, Vanessa Williams, Rick Doxtator, and Sigrid Olson. Get to know our outstanding board members here. 
AHCH Mission: To provide caring and comprehensive health and integrated supportive services, linking people experiencing homelessness to individual and collective solutions, and to be a leader in implementing innovative service models and a catalyst for solutions to homelessness and uphold a commitment to diversity and equity.
AHCH Vision: To live in a world that is just and without homelessness.

Walt Bolic, President

Walt was President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Dental of New Mexico for sixteen years before retiring in 2016. In addition, he has significant experience in the health industry working for two hospital systems and a health plan.

John D. Johnson, President Elect
John brings with him an extensive background in education, social work and health care administration. John has served in a variety of leadership roles across Presbyterian Healthcare Services -- helping more New Mexicans access care. H currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Service Officer of Presbyterian Health Plan. His commitment to non-profit organizational support and development in the community started in 2010 with United Way.

 Vanessa Williams, Secretary 
Following retirement from a major network's news division, Vanessa produced and hosted a radio show, became a Chaplain at Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey, and graduated from the New York Theological Seminary. She holds a Level 1 ACPE certification and has a Master of Arts in Pastoral Care and Counseling and twenty-seven years of experience in prison ministry.

Rick Doxtator, Treasurer 
Currently living in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area, Rick spent many years in Chief Financial Officer positions of various New Mexican health care organizations and most recently in workers’ compensation insurance.

Sigrid Olson, Immediate Past President
Sig is retired after over twenty-five years leading Federally Qualified Health Centers and other non-profit organizations, and an additional twelve years practicing law.
