Forming a Strong Network of Care
Creating a healthier, more compassionate community takes all of us. Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is proud to work alongside a network of public partners, businesses, foundations, and community members who share our belief that everyone deserves access to quality health care and the opportunity to thrive.
Approximately one-third of our funding comes through the federal Health Care for the Homeless Program, administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). We are also grateful for the ongoing partnership and support of the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, and the State of New Mexico, whose investments help make our work possible.
In addition, local businesses, foundations, and individual donors play a vital role in sustaining and expanding our services. Support from organizations such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, Delta Dental of New Mexico, United Way of North Central New Mexico, and many others helps us meet emerging community needs, innovate new programs, and provide care to thousands of people each year.
Together, our partners and supporters form a strong network of care—working across sectors to improve health, strengthen housing stability, and build a community where everyone has the opportunity to live with dignity, hope, and belonging.
