 AHCH operates its own freestanding medical clinic. The clinic offers primary medical care and psychiatric services, with volunteer-run eye, dermatology, podiatry, and other specialty clinics. A motel voucher program lodges clients with medical diagnoses requiring respite shelter for recuperation.

In addition to the daily hours of operation, the Medical Clinic is open Wednesday evenings from 4:30 - 7:30.
Representatives from the VA are in the Clinic 8:00 - 12:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Representatives from UNM Care are present all day on Tuesday and Thursday.
