CASE MANAGER

To provide case management, resources and referrals to people experiencing homelessness. Complete assessments, develop individual service plans, conduct home visits, case notes and transport clients. REQ: BA in human service field or equivalent experience and 2 years' experience working with underserved populations and individuals formerly incarcerated. Experience with database management. Experience with CMI. Prior knowledge and experience with HMIS preferred. Must have valid NM driver's license with "clean" driving record and must be able to pass MDC background check. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.


CUSTODIAN/MAINTENANCE PERSON

To work as fill in for vacations, sick time and special projects. REQ: General knowledge of janitorial supplies, equipment and minor maintenance. Must be dependable and have at least 1 year janitorial/maintenance experience as well as a valid NM driver's license and good driving record. THIS POSITION IS FOR OCCASIONAL WORK AND NOT ROUTINE EMPLOYMENT.


COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

To provide software and hardware technical assistance & troubleshooting, software and hardware testing and deployment, software and hardware inventory and maintenance, and trainer for clinical applications. REQ: AS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience in clinical setting preferred.
