CASE MANAGER - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is currently looking to hire a full-time (1 FTE) Case Manager to provide case management, resources and referrals to people experiencing homelessness. Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, conduct home visits and transport clients. Req. BA in social services and 2 years experience working with underserved populations. Experience with CMI and DSM-IV. Must have a valid NM driver's license. Bilingual preferred.

RECOVERY SPECIALIST - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is currently looking to hire a full-time (1 FTE) Recovery Specialist to conduct interviews, track progress, facilitate clinical and or education groups, counseling, assist with program activities and transport clients. REQ: LSAA, HS and 2 yrs experience in substance abuse, case management and or counseling. Must have working knowledge of 12-step programs. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Must have valid NM driver's license and good driving record. Bi-lingual preferred. |
